Return and Exchange Conditions
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and original packaging.
Returns do not cover items damaged due to misuse or accidents.
Process
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted by contacting customer service.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns unless the issue is due to a product defect or error.
Warranty
Electronic products are covered under manufacturer warranties, subject to the supplier’s or manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Warranties cover technical malfunctions but do not apply to damage resulting from misuse.
